Summary of Specifications:
Genesee County is requesting proposals for Meal Preparation Services for the Office for the Aging located in Genesee County. Specifications may be downloaded at www.westernnybidsystem.com Vendors will need to register before downloading. Questions regarding access to proposal may be directed to the Purchasing Office, 15 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020, at 585.344.2550 x2201, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Sealed proposals must be in the possession of the Genesee County Purchasing Director, County Building No.1, 15 Main Street, room 317A, Batavia, New York 14020, no later than Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time. All proposals shall be accompanied by a non-collusion statement in order to be considered. Late Proposals will be returned, unopened to the contractor. Genesee County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all bids. Genesee County is an equal opportunity employer.
