Description

BASE REQUIREMENTS

1. 24x7 monitoring of the IP Office Servers. County IT staff must be notified of problems that cannot be resolved by the proposed vendor support team within 4 hours. Remote access will be provided through a two-factor authentication application.
2. IP Office Software .n (dot) release upgrades or patches are included in the maintenance contract. Major releases (example: going from Rev 10 to Rev 11) are included once every 2 years and at the discretion of Genesee County IT.
3. Handset firmware upgrades are included in the maintenance contract.
4. All IP Office Servers and handsets are kept current to manufacturer specifications for software versions and firmware.
5. All handsets and conference phones are covered 100% for break / fix.
6. Proposed vendor is required to be on-site within 90 minutes of a system wide or site outage if no remote login capability exits. If a remote connection is available, a 30 minute response time is expected.
7. Non-critical, general service / repair calls require acknowledgement and a ticket assignment within 24 hours.
8. Provide an annual health-check of the phone system, document the results and meet with Genesee County IT to review and propose any changes such as software / firmware upgrades that should be addressed. This meeting should take place in the July / August timeframe to provide time for Genesee County to submit potential budget changes for the next fiscal year.
9. Keep Genesee County informed of new features / functions the software provides that may provide a business benefit.
