OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY - OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Summary of Specifications:
Occupational Therapy Services must be provided by a properly qualified Occupational Therapist or a qualified Occupational Therapist Assistant under the direction of a properly qualified Occupational Therapist. The Therapist will be required to provide direct and/or consultative services to preschool and school age children in their educational setting or at the premises of the business where said Therapists are employed. The Therapists will be required to evaluate students, provide services and to document all services provided as well as provide written reports on student’s progress. Therapists will be required to travel between sites in order to provide services.
