RFP-A&E20-21 - PREPARATION OF 5 YEAR CAPITAL PLAN AND BUILDING CONDITION SURVEY

The Kingston City School District is soliciting written proposals from professional architectural/engineering firms with demonstrated qualifications and experience to provide support in the preparation of the 5-Year Capital Plan and Building Condition Survey. The Kingston City School District is interested in the following scope of services: Visioning, Data Collection, Design/Process/Planning, Construction Cost Estimate Preparation and Building Condition Survey (BCS). These steps should match or exceed the planning, reporting and construction cost estimating needs established by the NYS Education Department (SED) in connection with the preparation of the 5-Year Capital Plan.  The architectural/engineering firm must meet with the School Board, District Administration and other constituents of the project as necessary in furtherance and completion of the work.
