Description

The County of Livingston requires a continuous supply of medical supplies for use by the Emergency Medical Services. It is the intent of the County to contract with a vendor and to establish unit prices for these items for the stated contract term. Notwithstanding the details presented in the specifications, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to verify the completeness of same to meet the intent of the specifications; it is being understood that a complete reliable supply of medical supplies satisfactory to each using department or agency shall be required in all cases.

Each proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and must be marked in the lower left hand corner of envelope: "Sealed Bid for EMS Medical Supplies". The bid forms (excel document) should also be submitted in digital format (flash drive or CD).

Sealed bids must be in the possession of the Livingston County Administrator's Office, Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York, 14454, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read in Room 303A of the Livingston County Government Center, Geneseo, NY.
