Summary of Specifications:
The County of Livingston requires a continuous supply of medical supplies for use by the Livingston County Department of Health. It is the intent of the County to contract with a vendor and to establish unit prices for these items for the stated contract term. Notwithstanding the details presented in the specifications, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to verify the completeness of same to meet the intent of the specifications; it is being understood that a complete reliable supply of medical supplies satisfactory to each using department or agency shall be required in all cases.
