Livingston County is soliciting proposals for a Vendor to provide Food Services, to serve the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation and the Livingston County Office for the Aging.
As a result of this Proposal, the County intends to enter into a contract with the selected vendor to supply food services, with the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, and to the Livingston County Office for the Aging. However, this intent does not commit the County to award a contract to any responding vendor, or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the Proposal in response to this request, or to procure or contract for any services. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject in part or in its entirety any Proposal received as a result of this Request for Proposals if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
Program #1: Operation of the complete dietary department of the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 266 bed residential health care facility and 20-slot Garden of Life medical model Adult Day Health Care program (ADHC) operated by Livingston County, located at 11 Murray Hill Drive, Mount Morris, New York 14510.
Program #2: Providing, preparing and labeling meals for the Livingston County Office for the Aging Home Delivered and Congregate Meal Program, utilizing dedicated space (inventory, preparation, packaging, equipment storage) at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. The Office for the Aging is located at 3 Murray Hill Drive, Mount Morris, New York 14510.
