The County of Livingston is requesting proposals from qualified firms for tax collection and payment software.
Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 15, 2023 in accordance with the proposal documents. All proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope and shall clearly be marked "RFP – tax collection and payment software.”
Copies of said Request for Proposal documents may be obtained from the Livingston County Administrator’s Office, Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, NY in person, or by calling (585) 243-7040 or e-mail ascutt@co.livingston.ny.us.
Questions regarding this RFP and the required services are to be sent to the attention of Amy Davies via e-mail, adavies@co.livingston.ny.us, no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Only written Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted. The questions received and all answers will be sent to all in receipt of the RFP documents no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, February 10, 2023. If necessary, an addendum to the proposal documents will be issued and all addenda so issued shall become part of the RFP documents.
The County of Livingston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
