14’x12’ rolling steel service door, non-weather seal, 3” flat slat, 20GA galvanized grey final cote, stamped end locks, double angle bottom bar with rubber, 24GA galvanized hood, grey final cote, interior mount, right hand drive. Front of coil motor clip, gear head operator 1/2hp 115Vac, 1PH. All materials and labor to be included.
Removal and dispose of existing overhead door is required. Cut and prep new opening 14’x12’ with new header and steel side jambs. All materials, labor and disposal to be included.
