Both hot carts will be Delfield mod#SH-5-NU with 2 B-74 new style S/S V-tray slide 12” wide with 3 ribs located on customer side. 1 Mounted 34” high F-line up interlock. 2 laminate, Nevamar S-3-16T Blue. 2 QQ-5 hot food drains. 2 QQ-5 S/S open under storage. 2 ea. 36” standard height. 120/208-230v/60/1-ph, 28amps, 5000/6000 watts, NEMA 14-5op. 2 ea. glass front counter protector. 2 ea. Radiant heat lamp Hatco GRAH-60-208-T-Q5 with on/off switch. 10 Vollrath Super Pan V food pans, full size 4” deep, 14 quart capacity, 22 gauge, 300 series stainless steel, reinforced pour corners, reverse formed flattened edges, anti-jamming design, NSF. 10 Super Pan V steam table pan cover, stainless, full size, reinforced flat slotted, 20-7/8” X 12-13/16 X ½”. Price will include delivery to school and set in place.
