Summary of Specifications:
Renovations of two existing general classrooms into a surgical technology lab and collaborative learning center. Scope includes selective demolition of existing construction (exterior masonry wall penetration, interior partitions, concrete floor trenching, doors/ frames, finishes, utilities, etc). Some items are to be salvaged for reuse. The existing space will be reconfigured to provide a scrub room, simulated operating rooms and patient/hospital rooms, and supporting collaboration space and storage. New construction will include (but not limited to) cast-in-place concrete, misc. steel, interior architectural woodwork, gypsum board partitions, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, finishes, signage, equipment, metal lockers, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, fire protection revisions, lighting, power, data, and HVAC.
