Scope includes demolition of existing construction, including partitions, doors/frames, finishes, fixtures, and utilities. The interior of the areas will be reconfigured to provide new men’s and women’s restrooms along with a single unisex toilet/changing room . Construction will include new partitions, doors/frames/hardware, finishes, toilet partitions and accessories , plumbing fixtures, ceilings, lighting, electric power, HVAC distribution and plumbing.

A mandatory pre bid meeting and site visit will be held on April 19, 2017 at 9:00 AM. Prospective vendors should meet at the lobby of Building 10 (adjacent to the Aquatic Center) of Monroe Community College, 1000 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, New York. Vendors must park at a visitor area and/or visitor parking meter while on the campus. (A parking permit and campus map can be found on the following pages of the specifcations document: NB-3 and NB-4.)
