Summary of Specifications:
The bid involves a 'turnkey' project. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of existing specific pieces of equipment and complete installation of new equipment. Existing equipment to be removed will be viewed as a 'trade in' on the new equipment specified in this document. Bidder will be responsible for removal of the older equipment from campus. In addition, the successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the installation. The 'window' in which all work associated with this bid is December 27, 2011 - January 20, 2012. All work must be completed and the units ready for use by January 20, 2012. The room(s) will be ready for teaching and learning upon final acceptance of the the successful bidder's work by the College.
