RFP 19-02 - Lease of Campus Rooftops for Communication Tower(s)/Devices.

Monroe Community College (referred to hereafter as “MCC” and “College”) is accepting proposals from business and community partners to lease space on campus rooftops (primarily Building 5 or 8 which are the tallest buildings on campus) for the installation of communication tower(s).  Firms responding to this RFP need to be aware that all installation, technology needs, and on-going maintenance will be their responsibility.  In addition they should be able to demonstrate significant expertise with rooftop installation of communications equipment.
