Description

Monroe Community College (MCC) is requesting proposals from vendors that can provide turnkey Mailing Services. The vendor will pick up mail from the College’s mail room on a daily basis between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding College holidays. The mail shall be post marked the same day of pickup services. The College reserves the right to adjust or add pickup times; however, the College does not foresee adding more than one pickup time. The First Class Mail Services are to include approximately 500,000 pieces of mail annually (including letters and flats). Processing requires application of postage, processing for the maximum discounts and guaranteed same day drop-off at the Rochester’s United States Postal Services (USPS) General Mail Facility located at 1335 Jefferson Rd, Rochester, NY 14692 for processing by the USPS the same day as pick up.

All prices quoted shall be firm and fixed. Pricing shall be in the format contained in this document on pages 13 - 16. Alternative approaches for the pricing of the requested products and services may be provided; however, such alternate approaches shall be described separately and must be in addition to the format in the pricing pages. With the exception of Alternative approaches, do not include cost or price figures anywhere except in the pricing section.
