Summary of Specifications:
Monroe Community College (MCC) is in the process of developing a new facility Master Plan. The College wishes to engage the services of a professional Master Plan consultant to assist in this endeavor. Firms responding to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) should be able to demonstrate significant expertise in the area of master plan development, especially at the community college level, with a minimum of five years' experience in large, multi-site campuses. The successful firm should be able to complete their analysis and make recommendations by July 15, 2012.
