Summary of Specifications:
Monroe Community College (referred to hereafter as “MCC” and “College”) is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide On-Line Auction Services available to the general public for property the College has deemed to be ‘surplus’. Proposals shall cover services in conformity with the contents as outlined herein.

Vendors responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) should be able to demonstrate significant expertise with on-line auctions; especially with publicly funded organizations and higher education institutions.
