Important Note to Vendors:
When a manufacturer’s name and model number is used, it is done to establish the level of quality desired. This should not be interpreted to mean that the make or model specified is the only one acceptable. 

Items equal to those specified will be considered, providing your response clearly describes the item(s) giving manufacturer’s name, model number, an original manufacturer’s specifications sheet, and points out in detail where the item(s) proposed differ from those specified.

Vendors need to perform this task in a manner that allows the College to easily identify deviations from the specifications. Attachment of a manufacture’s specification sheet does not satisfy this requirement.
