Monroe Community College is accepting proposals for an independent, standalone Employee Benefits Administration system that will integrate with the College’s system of record, Ellucian Banner. The purpose of this system will be to streamline enrollment and cancellation processing to carriers, upload appropriate payroll deductions into the College’s Banner system, and provide overall plan administration of the College’s employee benefits program.
