Description

Monroe Community College (MCC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for a planned renovation of portions of the Applied Technology Center (ATC) located at 2485 West Henrietta Rd in Rochester, NY. It is anticipated that this design process from start to completion should take less than three calendar months’ time and cover all portions of the design through delivery of complete and accurate construction documentation and construction estimates as well as provide future project management services during the construction phase of the project.
