RFP 17-04 - Rental of Facilities Market Study

Monroe Community College (referred to hereafter as “MCC” and “College”) is accepting proposals to retain a consultant to perform a rent study to determine the market rent for College facilities (classrooms, offices, meeting/conference rooms, auditoriums, event spaces, and athletic facilities, etc.) to external parties.  Proposals shall cover all labor and materials to perform the study in conformity with the contents as outlined herein.
