Summary of Specifications:
Monroe Community College (the College) is requesting proposals from higher education enrollment management consultants, preferably those with experience at a national level with community colleges. Specifically the College seeks assistance to shape and to implement essential reforms needed in the enrollment model practices at the College. Vendors responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) should be able to demonstrate significant expertise in enrollment management for College and Universities.
