The Newburgh Enlarged City School District is soliciting written proposals from professional Architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for work to be defined by the district including scope from the May 2019 proposition and building condition survey items that have been identified as critical. The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of a qualified, experienced, licensed professional architectural/engineering firm to provide comprehensive, full phase architectural, engineering and/or consulting services (including Predesign, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Bid, and Construction Phases) for construction, renovation, and repairs across the district.
