It is the intent of Niagara County to contract with a qualified firm capable of providing a system needs assessment of the current Integrated Records Management System for our Niagara County Clerk’s Office. Niagara County is seeking a “vendor neutral” Consultant to facilitate a thorough system needs assessment for our existing Integrated Records Management System currently in use by our Niagara County Clerk’s Office (Clerk’s Office). This Request for Proposal (RFP) will provide your firm with sufficient information to enable you to prepare and submit a qualifications statement for the preparation of an assessment and a strategic plan for the implementation of such an integrated network.
