2024-26 - Employee Assistance Program for Niagara County Employees

The County is seeking proposals for the administration of an Employee Assistance Program for the employees of Niagara County and their spouse and/or dependent children.  The purpose of the program is to provide a confidential, early intervention system to help employees with problems that interfere with their ability to function on the job. The program serves to identify and motivate for treatment employees whose job performance is impaired by alcoholism, alcohol abuse, emotional problems, coping with stress, financial problems, gambling addiction, mental illness, domestic violence, depression, and other personal and professional challenges.
