The Niagara County Department of Management & Budget, Division of Purchasing will be issuing one Sealed Bid for Jail Food Service Management and for the Aging Senior Nutrition Program. The operations for both Niagara County food service programs is run out of the kitchen located at the Niagara County Jail. Niagara County employs their own staff to prepare the meals for the respective departments.
This bid consists of combined and separate specifications as follows:
