Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents may be viewed at no charge or picked up at the Engineering Division Office, 59 Park Avenue, Lockport, NY on or after 9:00 am on Wednesday Jan 5, 2022, upon payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Contract Documents will be provided in PDF format on a compact disk only. Payment shall be by check payable to "County of Niagara". The payment is non-refundable. Bids will not be accepted from bidders not on the Bidder's List. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Monday January 24th, 2022, at 2:00 pm via a phone conference call.
