It is the intent of Niagara County to sell the Niagara County Shaw Building located on Upper Mountain Road in the Town of Lockport herein attached as Master Survey of Conveyance and Retained Property (Exhibit A) and Description of Conveyance Property (Exhibit B).

This shall be a cash transaction not subject to financing.
Purchaser shall bear any and all broker fees, if any. Niagara County will not pay any broker fees.
There shall be a 5% down payment submitted with the proposal. Down payment for any proposal not accepted will be promptly returned. Checks shall be made payable to the County of Niagara.
