(“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals from agencies to support booking and management of a live performance at the 2023 Belmont Stakes Racing Festival, at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY. NYRA is also seeking pricing for agencies to provide the booking and management of the celebrity meet and greet series at the Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on December 8, 2022.
