NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to furnish and deliver various sizes of Aluminum & Steel (Door Jambs, Wall Channels, and Webbing Irons) for use at Belmont Park, Elmont NY 11003.  Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone, NY 11420, not later than 20:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra.  Bids will be accepted  electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
