The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") is soliciting pricing for the repair and maintenance of both TPO and rolled asphalt roofs at Aqueduct Race Track, in Ozone Park, NY. The scope of work is based on a Time and Materials (T&M) pricing model, where costs are incurred based on the actual time spent and materials used. The resulting contract will be for a term of one (1) year from the date of execution with (2) additional one-year options at NYRA's sole and absolute discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on April 30, 2024.
