NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. is soliciting bidders to provide pricing to furnish and install Asphalt as specified as needed in various areas throughout Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866.
The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ will be for one (1) year from the date of execution, with one (1) optional one (1) year renewal at NYRA’s option.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on April 18th.
