NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (‘NYRA’) is requesting proposals / quotations to provide interior décor and services for numerous dining and hospitality areas located at the Belmont Park Race Track, 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY for the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival. All deliverables must be received no later than June 6, 2022 and set up no later than June 8, 2022. The winning bidder may be awarded to the right to negotiate the final contract for a one (1) year term with NYRA’s sole option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 PM, prevailing time, on April 1, 2022.

In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
