NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of approximately 2,500 linear feet of aluminum, non-scalable fencing to Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003. The term of this agreement shall expire upon the successful delivery of goods, which shall be no later than 6/1/2025.

Proposals will be received by the Sr. Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on September 9, 2024.
