NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide Blackline licenses to assist with automation of the financial close including but not limited to account reconciliation, transaction matching (up to 1M transactions/month), closing task management, and journal entry creation for 15 users. The software should be integrated with our ERP, SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Edition. This RFQ includes implementation, an initial term of 1 year with NYRA having the option of renewing for 4 optional renewals of 1-year increments, and a fixed hourly rate for enhancement projects to be scoped on an as needed basis. The dates of services or goods must be provided by March 2025.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on February 21st.
