NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA), is requesting quotes on items and specialized union labor needed to produce multiple live events during the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival from June 8th to June 11th of 2023.  All services will be needed at Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY  11003.  NYRA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide enhanced sound, lighting, backline equipment, and day of production for the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival.  Bidder will be expected to provide final accurate pricing for items and labor and will be evaluated based on cost and experience.

Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So.
