NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA), invites proposals from appropriately qualified firms to provide enterprise print management services. NYRA intends to award a single supplier to provide an undisrupted transition of its three locations from the current print environment into a controlled print ecosystem. The term will be for three (3) years from the execution of any agreement entered as a result of this RFP, with NYRA's sole option to renew for one (1) additional term of three (3) years.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on October 31, 2023.
