The New York Racing Association is seeking proposals from companies to engage, organize and to come up with new and creative ideas. Each Family Adventure Day should have a theme that coincides with the days listed in RFP. The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be until December 31, 2023, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year (the "Term").Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on Novemeber 14, 2022.
