NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") in the matter of soliciting pricing to furnish and deliver requested components for a "Notifier" Fire Alarm System at Belmont Park, located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, NY 11003, and Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Ave in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Delivery of initial goods to both sites by July 1, 2024. The term of any contract entered into as a result of this RFQ shall be for 1 year from the date of execution.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on March 29, 2024.
