NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc (NYRA) is soliciting pricing for the annual maintenance (inspection and certification), recharging, and hydro testing of fire extinguishers and Ansul systems at Saratoga Race Course, in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The successful contractor will be responsible to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, parts, transportation, insurance, and tasks required to perform annual maintenance of fire extinguishers and Ansul systems to ensure they are functioning properly and comply with National Fire Codes. Any discrepancies encountered by the contractor must be reported in writing to the Facility Manager. The term of this agreement shall expire on the 1-year anniversary of the date of execution to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for 2 additional terms of 1 year(s).
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on September 8, 2023.
