NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking a vendor to provide crewing related to television broadcasts on FOX at Saratoga Race Course for the 2024 race meet. FOX Saratoga Saturdays will run from July 26-August 24. All desired positions will work Fridays and Saturdays the week of the FOX Saratoga Saturday shows with two positions also working Sundays. NYRA will supply operators with all equipment, with the exception of equipment related to a jib. NYRA will supply the jib camera.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 12 PM, prevailing time, on July 9, 2024.
