RFQ # 2023-0096 - Grandstand/Clubhouse Abatement - Belmont Park

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide the equipment, labor, materials, transportation, and all other components necessary for the removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (“ACMs”), Lead Containing Materials (“LCMs”), Polychlorinated Biphenyl’s (“PCB”), and hazardous wastes throughout the Grandstand/Clubhouse building located at Belmont Park in Elmont, NY.  Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., S. Ozone Park, NY 11420, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Monday, October, 16th, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra.  Bids will be accepted  electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group).
