NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to produce and deliver approximately 500 hand hole structures to Belmont Park, located in Elmont, NY. Interested bidders should submit pricing for two (2) types of hand holes, a concrete option and a lightweight plastic option, further described in Paragraph III – Scope of Work of the RFQ Document. The quantity presented in this RFQ is the best estimate, and NYRA reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity upon issuance of a Purchase Order to the winning bidder. The term of the contract resulting from this bid shall be from the date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and expires on December 31, 2023. NYRA, in its sole discretion, will have one (1) optional one-year renewal.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on May 19, 2023. In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
