NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders for the non-exclusive provision of horse feed and stall bedding for thoroughbred horses stabled in the Receiving, Quarantine, and Assembly Barns located at NYRA’s three (3) thoroughbred racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard, Ozone Park, NY; Belmont Park Racetrack, 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY; and Saratoga Race Course, 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY.
The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ shall be until December 31, 2023, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for three (3) additional terms of one (1) year (the "Term").
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, South. Ozone Park, NY 11420, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on December 14th, 2022. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
