The New York Racing Association (“Owner” or “NYRA”) issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from
qualified firms to provide and install a comprehensive turn-key Audiovisual System (the “System”)
for the Belmont Park Redevelopment (“Project”), as described herein. The Project will be owned and
operated by Owner and the project site (the “Site”) is located in Elmont, NY. The Project will host
the Belmont Stakes and other horse races and related events. The Owner and its consultants will be
responsible for managing the design, construction and fit-out of the complete System in
coordination and conjunction with General
Contractor (AECOM Tishman).
*A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required to access the supporting documents for this RFQ.
Signed NDAs, along with any proposed changes, must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 28, 2025.
However, if an NDA was previously signed for RFQ 2025-0007, a new NDA is not required.
