NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide a price proposal for the production and installation of two (2) news desks. The winning bidder will be responsible for delivering and installing all related equipment at two separate locations. One desk will be at Belmont Park Racetrack located in Elmont, NY and the second will be installed at Saratoga Racecourse, located in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 2:00 PM., on March 29, 2022. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
