The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting quotations for petroleum products in various grades and specifications as outlined below for NYRA’s three racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack in Ozone Park, NY 11420; Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003; and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of any Agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be from the date of execution until 1/1/2025, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year.
