Description

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to obtain competitive pricing for a Photo Finish system that shall ease and accelerate the adjudication process of determining the full order of finish of horses participating in a race. This system will be installed permanently at Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. Vendor to operate photo finish system at NYRA’s racetracks on each live racing day. Equipment to be delivered by January 1, 2026. Installation will be based on the project schedule. NYRA will provide sufficient notice prior to installation date. NYRA may also wish to purchase a comparable system for Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 within 12* months of the installation at Belmont Park.
*Exact timing will be determined at NYRA’s sole discretion.
