The New York Racing Association is seeking proposals from companies to engage, organize and otherwise oversee daily live musical entertainment at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY during the 2023 Saratoga Race Meet. The events will take place over 40 days, every Wednesday-Sunday, July 13th through September 4th, 2023. September 4th will be the only Monday that a performance occurs. The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFP shall be until December 31, 2023, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year (the "Term"). Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on November11, 2022.
