NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide the design, fabrication, and delivery of precast concrete tunnel sections to Belmont Park, located in Elmont, NY. The precast sections will be used in the construction of a tunnel of approximately 500’ linear feet. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be from the execution of a final agreement until the successful delivery and acceptance of the goods by NYRA. The materials needed for the foundation must be delivered on or before October 2nd.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on August 16, 2023. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
